We can all agree 2020 has not lived up to expectations. A pandemic, economic chaos, social unrest – it’s all been quite miserable.

After such an annus horribilis, as Her Majesty The Queen might say, many would prefer to give 2020 no stars at all, but the Amazon rating system does not work that way. Pity.
