A plumber has piped up with a massive $1.3 million royal flush mega jackpot playing Ultimate Texas Hold’em.
Named only as James, he was playing the popular table game a the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.
Speaking after his big win, the Atlantic County native told Atlantic City Weekly: “It is surreal to have hit a $1.3 million jackpot, especially because cards is a little different than laying a pipe.
“We plan to take care of our family, put money away for our kids and my wife deserves a nice trip.”
The luck was in for punters at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, which paid out several more handsome wins last week.
Two lucky punter were playing the slots and won $168,657 and $80,000. A Mays Landing resident then pocketed $90,000 while playing the popular Blazing 7s slot.
